  • Chris Elledge

    Principal Firmware Engineer

    Chris is the architect for the embedded and wireless systems at SiteWorx. He has 22 years of experience in the field, including 16 years working with the product portfolio. He holds an BS and M.Eng. in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology. He lives in the Boston area and enjoys astronomy, telescopes, photography, and bicycle touring.

    Chief Executive Officer

    Connor leads company operations and has been responsible for sales and marketing since the inception of SiteWorx. He has 10+ years of experience with IoT products, customer implementations, and various leadership positions. He holds an MS in Engineering Management and a BS in Computer Engineering from Northeastern University. He lives near San Francisco and takes full advantage of everything outdoors — running, skiing, surfing, biking, hiking, and more.

    Manager, Customer Success

    Dan manages customer implementations from initial installation to long-term success. He brings extensive technical expertise built over 10+ years with the product portfolio and role. He holds a BS in Engineering from Lafayette College and an M.Eng. in Energy Systems Engineering from Lehigh University. Based near Boston, he spends his free time skiing, cycling, and exploring farmers' markets.

He has over 15 years of experience building SaaS software products and is an AI thought leader in integrating AI and ML into real-world applications. He holds a BS in Computer Science from Penn State University. He lives in Austin with his wife and two kids.

She brings over four years of experience with the product portfolio, beginning in application engineering and now supporting customer operations. She holds a BS in Mechanical Engineering from Northeastern University. She lives in the Bay Area and enjoys the outdoors and taking on creative projects.

    Frontend Software Engineer

    Matt shapes the frontend experiences facility teams use across SiteWorx — dashboards, controls, and the interfaces that turn utility data into something operators can act on. He has spent 8+ years with the product protfolio, starting in QA before moving into frontend design. He holds a BS in Computer Engineering and Mathematics from Northeastern University. An avid sports fan, he is always ready discuss previous or upcoming games, especially when it comes to soccer.

  • Mike Blackwell

    Principal Software Engineer

    Mike is responsible for all backend core components of SiteWorx. He has over 28 years of industry experience with IoT products and was instrumental in the early development of SiteWorx. His expertise lies primarily in industrial energy efficiency and lighting controls. He's also an avid cyclist and actively involved in bike safety education. Like many of his colleagues, he's a stark advocate for improved transportation infrastructure.

  • Nicole Rosania

    DevOps Engineer

    Nicole leads DevOps at SiteWorx, owning the cloud infrastructure, delivery pipelines, and reliability practices behind the platform our customers depend on to run their facilities. She brings more than ten years of experience building and scaling cloud platforms in highly regulated environments. Her focus is on the fundamentals that make software dependable at scale: infrastructure as code, automated CI/CD, observability and incident response, security embedded in the SDLC, and disciplined cloud cost management. Before moving into technology, Nicole spent eight years as a special education teacher and department leader, an origin story that still shapes her people-first approach to building engineering teams. She holds an M.A. from The George Washington University and works from the South Shore of Massachusetts.

  • Rob Winchester

    Software Engineer (Prev. CEO)

    With over 15 years of experience building IoT products, Rob was instrumental in the formation of SiteWorx. Following a three-year tenure as CEO, he now serves as a strategic advisor and hands-on software contributor. Outside of tech, Rob is an avid outdoorsman who spends his free time exploring the beaches, ocean, and coastal trails around his home in southern Maine.
