Enterprise Energy Management
The industrial energy control platform built for cost savings
SiteWorx combines intelligent hardware and cloud software to meter, monitor, and control water, air, gas, and electricity usage from a single platform. Cut energy waste automatically — without disrupting your operations.
Trusted By Facilities Worldwide

Hardware that connects. Software that controls.
SiteWorx bridges the gap between your physical facility and the cloud. Our industrial-grade IoT sensors connect directly to your heaviest energy consumers — lighting, HVAC, and other core building systems. The SiteWorx cloud platform analyzes that usage data in real-time and automatically optimizes equipment performance. The result? Lower utility bills, reduced carbon footprint, and complete visibility into your operations. Plus, happier people.

One platform for every utility
Every SiteWorx deployment is organized around the four utilities — water, air, gas, and electricity. Explore what we monitor and control in each.
Water & Flow
Flow metering and leak detection that surface anomalies before they turn into losses.
Protect your facility from catastrophic damage and runaway water bills.
See more →HVAC & Air
Occupancy-driven HVAC, compressed air, and temperature & humidity monitoring.
Stop conditioning empty spaces and prevent costly inventory spoilage.
See more →Gas & Steam
Gas and steam metering tied to real operational demand and billing validation.
Ensure you only pay for what you use and identify costly inefficiencies in your boilers and process lines.
See more →Electricity
Occupancy-based lighting control and electrical load management.
Automate your largest expenses by matching power consumption directly to production needs.

A cold-storage operator cut six figures of energy waste — without changing operations
A multi-site refrigerated warehouse was paying for lights and equipment running in aisles nobody was in. SiteWorx added occupancy-based lighting control, load control on non-critical equipment, and temperature and power monitoring across every building — reporting savings into one dashboard.
The result: less wasted energy, earlier warning on equipment issues, and savings the team can point to every month.
Platform capabilities designed for industrial impact
From intelligent wireless hardware to cloud-based analytics, SiteWorx delivers end-to-end capabilities designed to eliminate waste and protect facility uptime.
Frequently Asked Questions
SiteWorx is an industrial Internet of Things (IoT) company that helps large buildings save energy and money. We produce IoT hardware that connects to our flagship SiteWorx cloud software platform to meter, monitor, and control resources like water, air, gas, and electricity. Key capabilities include advanced lighting control, occupancy based HVAC and load controls, alerts when environmental readings go out of range, and monitoring of the energy and dollars saved across every site, globally.
No. SiteWorx is not a building management system, but it delivers many of the same results – visibility, control, and measurable savings – without forcing a facility to change how it already runs. It can also run alongside and integrate with an existing BMS.
SiteWorx reduces energy usage in different ways depending on the deployment objectives and facility type. With lighting automation, SiteWorx uses occupancy data to dim or turn off fixtures based on real data – no shift schedules. That data can also be used to turn off loads like fans and desk equipment, or throttle back air compressors after hours. When integrated with HVAC systems, occupancy data from SiteWorx can be combined with time-of-day schedules to automatically setback temperatures in unoccupied spaces. SiteWorx can be further integrated with specialized equipment onsite for more energy-saving use cases.
Yes. SiteWorx supports an unlimited number of buildings and sites, aggregating all data into one centralized platform for portfolio-level visibility and comparison.
SiteWorx IoT devices are installed onto core building equipment like lighting fixtures, HVAC systems, and electrical loads using industry standard communication protocols. The devices then communicate via a wireless mesh network to SiteWorx cloud gateways. The gateways are securely connected to the internet via CAT6 cabling using the site's internet connection to communicate with the SiteWorx cloud.
